Wakeflow

Wakeflow ships Codex and Claude Code editions for the same local-first control model. This Codex artifact packages controller state roots, task packages, Design/Test intake, delivery envelopes, target result envelopes, review reducers, controller-return envelopes, progress templates, verification scripts, and controller/target skills for Codex workspaces. It coordinates unattended workflows without secretly sending prompts or replacing controller judgment, and can share demand state with the Claude Code edition in dual-host workspaces.
